There is only one place in the UK where you can drive a full-size, American-spec monster truck: at Leisure Pursuits in Ashurstwood. It's very big, and very clever. You'll begin by trying out a jacked-up Jeep on a green lane track and a raised Daihatsu on some really rough off-road terrain, just to get you in the mood. Then you get to practise coping with a sideways roll-over and various other safety measures, before being introduced to the monsters themselves. First comes the Euro-spec truck, and then the huge, American full-spec version, which you're allowed to drive over some parked cars!
