St. John's Episcopal Church is located in Richmond, Virginia and is the oldest church in the city, built in 1741 by Richard Randolph. This church is perhaps best known for the speech given by Patrick Henry at the Second Virginia Convention where he said “Give me liberty or give me death.”

This church is still active but tours and a small souvenir shop are located at the church.

The church is now a National Historic Landmark and is also the burial spot of Edgar Allen Poe's mother, Elizabeth Arnold Poe. Tours are conducted from Monday to Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday from 1pm-4pm. Tours are not available on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
