Also known as the Finnish Lakeland, Järvi-Suomi boasts over 180,000 lakes. The endless variety of lakes is ideal for a number of outdoor activities such as sailing, hiking, bird-watching, and swimming. One of the most scenic areas in Finland, Järvi-Suomi has a number of small towns to explore as well as huge swathes of untouched natural wilderness to get lost in.
