Geirangerfjord is one the reasons why Norway is known for its breathtaking and beautiful fjords. Walking, driving, boating, and rafting are all great ways to navigate the gushing waterfalls and jagged cliffs of this World Heritage site. A number of sporting activities like fishing, basketball, and football are available in various scenic sites around the area. Nearby, Runde is a large bird sanctuary situated on a mountain, providing even more spectacular views.
