Breathtaking lake views on one side and a wet meadow on the other, this building screams of considerate planning and tribute to nature. The separation between inside and out is minimised by walls of glass devoid of mullions, symbolizing open communication and flexibility as the company encourages. It is clear that the property compliments the landscape. Designed to hold around 1,000 employees and blend the differing departments through communal beauty, a naturalistic edge to the site. To the north is an artificial lake, to the south, wildflowers and native grasses. The concrete building is framed in steel, with glass-walled terraces that step back from the base to the fifth floor. This integration of building and landscape permits several levels of parking. The sycamore alleys create a shady walk to the building, their geometry complementing the long ivy-decked terraces of the building.
