Famous for the odd combination of hot springs, cheeses, ancient church architecture and Incan history (this is where the Incan civilisation came to an end when a small Spanish force captured then executed the Incan Emperor out from behind his vast army.). The city is over 3,000 years old. One of the main attractions is the temple where the Incan Emperor was held captive while awaiting his ransom, but he was killed anyway.
