Salt Lake Temple is located in Salt Lake City, Utah and is a church of Latter-day Saints. This is the sixth church built overall buy the church since the Mormon exodus. There are no operating tours inside the church because it is considered sacred by the church. The grounds are open all year round for the public to view and are a popular tourist attraction. The temple’s exterior was completed in 1892 and was dedicated by President Woodruff in 1893. This church is the largest of the 130 Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints churches in the world. The height of the temple is 222 ft. and the floor area is 10 acres.
