It is a castle situated on a high rock (520 meters), which was constructed in the 13th century, considered to be one of the most interesting castles in Slovakia. We were there in 2005. When we are traveling (usualy we are going by car) we are trying to see castles ang going sightseeing

Orava castle

Orava castle is situated on a high rock (520 meters) and was constructed in the 13th century, considered to be one of the most interesting castles in Slovakia. We were in this castle in 2005. Usually we travel by car. We are keen on sightseeing, castles and architecture. This castle was our first.
