Naruko Gorge

Listed under Canyons in Kanto, Japan.

Naruko Gorge is grand. Steep and narrow, it drops about 100 metres from the forested lip to the Oya-gawa River, and while some people say it's at its most lovely in autumn when the leaves are all fire-y, others extol the virtues of it when it's greener. Walking trails lead to viewing points, and places to take photos and admire the art of nature.
