Sandibe Safari Lodge is situated in a remote wilderness area in the southeastern Okavango Delta, 20km east of Chief's Island, on the southern border of Moremi Game Reserve Sandibe is home to eight intimate cottages and has exclusive traversing rights over 270 km² of wilderness.

Chosen for its extraordinary beauty, its prime location on the permanent Delta and its proximity to the game-rich grassy plains, Sandibe Safari Lodge offers a water and wilderness experience with the excitement of viewing big game on land, by guided walking, day and night game drives or on water in relaxing mekoro excursions.

You are welcomed on arrival by Felicity the lodge manager and her colleagues Goffa, Aliode and Ian with a refreshing drink and cold towell and then shown to your room. The eight African-inspired cottages have en suite bathrooms, twin hand basin, separate w.c and shower and dressing area. The cottages are airy with all windows covered in gauze to maximise views of the forest and the Okavango Delta. Each cottage has an elevated viewing deck which is perfect for intimate candlelit dinners.

In the heart of the camp, tucked under the forest canopy, is the soaring sitting and dining area with quiet, hammocked decks affording views across the waterways and savanna. A shaded swimming pool offers a welcome break during the middle of the day and Pan-African dinners are prepared and served in the open boma that boasts a unique charcoal-cooled wine cellar.
