Between and under the noses of the Aiguille Midi and Mont Blanc, this campsite is dotted with fruit trees so it's a bit like sleeping in an orchard – just one that's terraced so that every pitch has a lovely view up from the valley on to sharp, white topped peaks. If the scenery doesn't inspire you to hike, bike or explore another active way you'll just have to make do entertaining yourself on the facilities in the peace and quiet of the valley.
