Set within an olive grove just south of the picturesque hilltop village of Parga, Enjoy Lichnos Camping is a welcoming site, close to the beach and a perfect base to explore the region from. The spacious pitches are set in the olive grove, close to the beach with great views over the Ionian sea. The owners of Enjoy Lichnos focus a deal of attention on camper’s comfort levels, keeping the modern facilities spotlessly clean. Parga is a big attraction of the Epirus province, with it’s narrow streets bustling with Summer tourists. A walk up the steep streets in Parga would lead to the castle, from which the views of the hills, bay and town are spectacular. Other spots of interest in the area are party beach Vrahos and the ancient city of Nikopolis. A definite highlight of the region: the spine-chilling ancient ruins of a 2,500-year-old Necromantion, once an elaborate complex housing sorcerers and priests, where the living were given an audience with the dead.
For those seeking relaxation back at the campsite, the beach front bar is a great place to unwind. Watersport equipment is also available for hire at the site. Open from May to October.
