Overlooking a dry Ox Bow lake, across the river from Tafika and 4 kilometres from Chikoko is the remote Crocodile River Camp. Secluded away from roads, guests walk into the camp that is 40 minutes from the closest Luangwa river crossing.

The camp houses 6 guests in 3 chalets of thatch and pole, sourced from the surrounding woodland. Day to day luxuries are not forgotten and guests are provided with solar lighting, drinking water, mosquito nets and each has an en suite flush toilet and bathroom with heated water in the evenings.

Guests have the advantage of being able to take a short stroll and spot their favourite birds and wildlife from the close proximity of their rooms.
