Zlatni Rat Beach

This beach changes shape with the tides and currents under the water and the winds above the water level, so it's not possible to describe it via calling it a romantic arch, because sometimes it's a bit lopsided or a little narrow in places. That doesn't stop people from considering it one of the most beautiful along the Dalmatian Coast, and wanting it to photograph it n many different states. But it does mean that some of the photos or it can look like totally different beaches!

Things that don't change are that Zlatni Rat translates to Golden Cape and that it's a pebbly beach with clear water popular with windsurfers. Just behind the beach are the remains of a Roman villa which also has a swimming pool.

If you're into naturism head for the western, clothing optional, end of the beach.

Great beach!

My family and I stayed in this great resort just above the beach, with fantastic view on the beach. Great beach, especially fun for the kids, and last year after beach parties were organised-fun for me and my wife :D. We're considering go there again, sometime in July.
