There are a lot of nice looking beaches around Tangier, but the main beach is one of the nicest, and stretches for a few miles along the coast offering views clear to Gibraltar on a fine day.

Because it’s the main beach of a beach-y town there are plenty of bars and cafes lining the sand and other entertainment options for the visitors, including camel rides and watersports equipment hire. Local people prefer to go for a game of beach football or show off their gymnastic skills.
