Surin Beach proclaims itself ‘high end; and ‘millionaire’s row’, a string of expensive resorts hug the warm sand and turquoise coastline of this village implanted with expensive restaurants and bars. Not so expensive restaurants and hawkers selling from barbeques can be found as well, drawn by the Thai population, who like to rub shoulders with the hotel gests.
