A rocky lagoon where the shades of blue water brighten towards the rocky shelves of atolls and the surrounding cliffs, this is photography country. Photos of blue skies empty of clouds with stark rocks, almost chalk like, rising out of the amazing colours of the sheer sheen of the water are all that a search of images of this beach turns up, oh, and a few of the photos have boats in them.

The guides say local fishermen working around this beach often offer to take people out to sea with them, unfortunately it’s not clear if this thought of as a safe practice to undertake or not but you can draw the conclusion that the locals are friendly.
