An out-of-town on-the-way to somewhere else beach, Dona Ana’s natural assets have been unsullied by too many visitors and its basic family friendly amenities: picnic tables, barbeques, pretty boardwalks and kiosks and showers and bathrooms, are clean and ready for use.
Lagos is the town people are usually traveling towards or away from, a destination with a nutritious mix of history, cosmopolitan food and drink and rather lovely settings. Praia Dona Ana Beach is a 25 minute walk from the centre of town.
