Listed under Beaches in Southern Desert, Morocco.
This length of Morocco’s coastline is a series of beaches rather than the long stretches found elsewhere. Each small beach or cove has its own conditions, but quite a few are worth knowing about if you’re a surfer, windsurfer or kitesurfer.
The town by the beaches is overlooked by an old fort, and there’s an important Muslim tomb just out of the town, but there isn’t much for the sightseers.
Along the end of the string of beaches is the Albergo de la Plange, one of the quietest beaches with its own hotel – perfect for people looking for proper isolation.
