Q: What's curved and yellow and good for nudists?

This island has more than 60 fine sandy beaches, but this one has a reputation as one of Europe's first naturist beaches. In the early days it was quite difficult to get to, but these days it's much easier and there are services – like cafes and bars – as well. Sunbeds, deckchairs and jet skis are available for hire and there's natural shade at the back of the beach. For a little more privacy there's a smaller beach just around the corner.

The Big Banana beach, just along from Little Banana, used to be the classic naturist/ nudist choice but this is now mostly clothed – a legacy of easier access – but that also makes this lovely beach, with its attractive curve and backdrop of pines, more accessible to less body comfortable visitors.
