Kapalua, once voted the best beach in the world, is certainly one of the best in Hawaii. Sheltered by two lava points which produce calm, warm waters, this crescent shaped bay is great for families with kids - with the softest sand and excellent snorkelling, easy for beginners. There is also a watersports centre, lifeguards and some excellent resort hotels nearby.

Kapalua Dive Company

Based out of Maui, one of the most acclaimed spots to scuba dive in the world, Kapalua Dive Company offers multiple programs and packages for divers at any level. As a PADI International Resort member, Kapalua Dive Company instructs a variety of PADI scuba lessons from Open Water Diver to Dive Master. The company also offers night dives, beach dives, and kayak dives. There are four main dive sites, but certain packages allow divers to see a more diverse range of locations around the Hawaiian Islands. Spotting the Hawaii’s famous Green Sea Turtles is an exciting treat on many of the dives that are offered.
