A blue flag beach elevated above others along the Adriatic coast for its proximity to the Krka National Park (and its divine waterfall pools), pretty Hvar's shops and restaurants and a number of peaceful, traditional fishing villages, Baska Voda is a charming shingle and pebble beach with tranquil, pale green waters and heavenly views of the Biokovo Mountains, which are smothered in welcoming, shady pine forests. Wander inland and discover vineyards, olive groves and quiet villages or head along the marina for some lunch.

I totally agree with you. A very tranquil place on Earth. I loved the small pebble beach (even though I am not used to), the calm of the city and the nice harbor so nicely placed.
