Arambol
Modern development hasn’t done justice to the charm of some of Goa’s beach resorts but Arambol has shirked much building work and remains a naturally beautiful and quiet spot centered around a traditional fishing community and a generous swathe of gently sloping sand.
If the quiet isn’t quiet enough, Arambol’s second beach is even more secluded and a walk along a dirt track between the coast and sulphur pits and lakes, away from town.
