Being a vegetarian is hard work; unless you’re at The Green Terrace B&B on the Greek Island Crete, where all the food is made with the veggie lover in mind. The quiet and secluded atmosphere allows time to sit back, eat your bamies, fava, horta, or yemista and look out onto the picturesque Almiros Bay. The Green Terrace only has three bedrooms, so booking way in advance is recommended. Each bedroom has its own terrace. Guests can be served food on the private terrace or in the dining room. Snorkelling, mountain hiking, and museums are easily accessible from the B&B, although nightlife is hard to come by.
