Kung Fu in Kowloon Park on Sundays

Listed under Activity Courses in Hong Kong S.A.R., China.

If you came to Hong Kong looking for the familiar backdrop of your favourite martial arts film you can get a fix in Kowloon park every Sunday afternoon (weather permitting) when local martial artists stage play fights to impress visitors. Several traditional styles are demonstrated but Kung fu is the most popular. For those looking to fulfill more of their martial arts fantasy you can also get a quick basic lesson. Pacifists will prefer the lion and dragon dances and traditional drumming also part of the demonstration.
