Run away and join the circus... for a day or two, at least.
Hidden away in the sensible business district of London, near Liverpool Street, The Circus Space hosts courses in all types of circus performance, from half-day taster courses to the UK's only degree level circus arts qualification.
Provided you are physically fit, it doesn't matter if you've never been near a trapeze or a pair of baggy clown trousers in your life; everyone is welcome to try.
Areas covered include acrobatics (tumbling and balancing), static and flying trapeze, clowning, juggling, dance and movement, stilt-walking and tightrope walking, amongst others.
Maybe you're too old to learn contortion, but you never know...
