Executive Director for Rafting America

Rafting America is the largest marketing organization of rafting outfitters in the world today. Together, rafting outfitters join in a united effort to increase awareness and reach out to a larger audience, inspiring would be rafters to take up a paddle.

Ryan manages all aspects of the website and online presence, as well as marketing strategy and all offline marketing partnerships. This position allows him to be in contact with outfitters and rafters all over North and South America, and gives him an interesting insight into the rafting industry as a whole.

Ryan is also the Managing Director for rafting company, Western River Expeditions.

Raised in California but now living in Utah, Ryan is an active person, involved in several types of outdoor sports. He's also an Eagle Scout so has plenty of experience with outdoor adventure. Ryan also spent two years living in Taiwan and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, he can also speak Japanese and Spanish.
