The facilities
Loft living at the Mercer is about sunlight and leaving the original architecture intact. At this luxury hotel the brickwork is exposed, windows are industry size, and iron support columns run from floor to ceiling. It's one of the few luxury hotels to boast wooden floors, and designer Christian Liagre's spare furnishings are appropriately unobtrusive.
A 24-hour room service from the Mercer Kitchen is available for all your foodie needs, as well as 24-hour complimentary lobby food and beverage services. In keeping with the style of ‘living in your own home,’ this luxury hotel offers laundry services, a packing and unpacking service, private trainer and massage therapist services.
The rooms
The Mercer boasts 75 loft-like rooms and suites all offering seductive high ceilings and large windows that let in an abundant amount of natural light. These rooms have soothing modern interiors that emphasize on comfort. Exceptionally spacious bathrooms enhance the loft experience and the majority of them have oversized marble bathtubs. All of the rooms at this luxury hotel have wireless Internet access, Egyptian cotton sheets and flat screen TVs.
