The house is on the first floor (with lift) of a 19th-century building in the historic centre of Rome, 300 meters from the Vatican and 30 meters from the metro station "Ottaviano-S. Pietro".There are 2 independent apartments available ("Oro" and "Angeli") and 2 double rooms with private bathroom ("Rosa" and "Azzurra") and can sleep a maximum of 13 people. All units, restructured and elegantly furnished, are very quiet and have centralized heating and autonomous air conditioning. All have linens for the bed and bathrooms, color televisions, and hairdryers. All beds and sofa-beds have orthopedic bed frames and mattresses. The apartments can have a maximum of four people and are composed of a double bedroom, a living area with two single beds, kitchenette equipped for breakfasts and fast meals, and a bathroom with shower. The "Rosa" room is a double room with double bed while the "Azzurra" can be prepared with 3 separate beds. Both have private bathrooms and share a kitchenette in the hallway. Renting them together, they form an independent apartment for a maximum of 5 people. All of the major tourist attractions of the city are reachable both on foot and by public transportation in a few minutes. Even the Olympic Stadium and Auditorium are easy to reach.
