  Florence is a crowded city, full of churches and palaces, paintings and sculptures, mopeds and buses, and above all tourists. But, if you’re feeling cramped, there’s one hotel that will give you space, and lots of it. Bedrooms - some of them newly frescoed - that you could park a double-decker bus in, and an equally spacious private sitting room. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors that Goliath could have dressed in front of, and wardrobes that would hold his clothes.   The Renaissance decor prevails in this palace of traditional Florentine lay-out. Breakfast is served in a 160-square meter salon with hand-crafted wood ceilings illuminated by a large original Murano chandelier.
