Surrounded by excitement. Cradled in comfort. That's what a stay at the Dylan Hotel in New York City is all about. Located in the city's vibrant core in midtown Manhattan, the best of New York City is just outside the front door. It's only a short walk from Grand Central Station, New York's Jacob Javits Convention Center, Times Square, Central Park, Fifth Avenue Shopping and the great restaurants of Manhattan.

Dylan's interiors, by Jeffrey Beers of Jeffrey Beers International, mark a deliberate departure from both the too stark and overly hip designs currently prevalent in the high-end boutique hotel market. Beers has created a timeless look for the property that redefines opulence for a new age while preserving the landmark-quality architecture of the 1903 Beaux-Arts structure.

Step inside one of the 107 spacious guest suites and experience the ultimate in New York City lodging accommodations.

Dylan, the preferred midtown Manhattan destination for discerning travelers who appreciate classic style, originality and craftsmanship has the intimate ambience of a boutique New York City hotel while offering the services and amenities of a larger property. Throughout the hotel you will find unique architecture, hip design and stylish decor.

In counterpoint to the understated design of the hotel’s public areas, the corridors and guest rooms have been done in a more muted color palette, utilizing different textures and tones of carpeting, as well as “residential” number plaques and lamps that give a sense of arrival to each room. Interior design features include rich jewel-toned fabrics, Carrara marble sinks and American walnut fixtures and furnishings. The 11 foot ceilings in each guest room and suite not only complement the design, but offer a feeling of spaciousness not found in the average New York City hotel.

Step in to the warmth and coziness of rich woods, vaulted ceilings and a crackling fireplace to compliment your dining indulgences. This 1903 beaux-arts structure - completely and meticulously restored to its original grandeur – is home to Benjamin Steak House and the Dylan Hotel. Originally built as the Benjamin Steakhouse lecture hall, generations of family, friends and neighbors have all stopped in to enjoy great food and libations in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Celebrated as one of New York’s finest dining rooms – your senses will be fully aroused by our Chef’s culinary expertise. The mezzanine lounge has been a local favorite for intimate gatherings and memorable occasions.
