Kronotsky

Possibly the most perfectly conical of the world’s volcanoes, Kronotsky is part of Russia’s ‘Land of Fire and ice’, the extremely volcanic Kamchatka Peninsula. Comparable as a backdrop to Mt. Fuji (but with more steeply inclined walls), Kamchatka is plugged and capped with ice which cascades down it in an attractive manner.
