The Sanya Nanshan Treehouses perch in the top of huge old tamarind trees on the edge of a beautiful beach and overlooking a new 5,000 acre Buddhist and ecological national park where temples and pagodas are nestled amongst the botanical gardens. The huge windows also look out onto Nanshan Mountain that sits back from the coastline behind the national park. The accommodation itself is rough and ready in the huts with a restaurant for meals at ground level, but with so much to explore all you really need is a place to sleep and to take in the incredible views.
