This is a luxury week-long wellbeing retreat held regularly at the insurmountable boutique hotel, Jnane Tamsna, in the Palmeraie, 15 minutes from Marrakech. In:Spa operates from this base with massages, yoga, personal training, nutrition consultations and a regime of very healthy and delectable food, with 3 hiking expeditions into the bottom of the picturesque Atlas Mountains. The beauty and lavishness of the retreat does not, however, detract from the rigorous regime of physical fitness and personal inspection. In:Spa also holds retreats at Ksar Massa, on Morocco’s north coast, Es Cucons in Ibiza and Trasierra in Seville.
