'Jacques Cartier Park is located on the sprawling banks of the Ottawa River, east of the Alexandra Bridge along Laurier Street. The large park offers a series of trails and interpretative exhibits and provides a beautiful view of downtown Gatineau, Ottawa and the Rideau Falls. The park is also connected to Leamy Lake and Gatineau River, which provides an endless list of water activities.
