A trip up the Black River looking for crocodiles is a highlight for many visitors. There is plenty of other wildlife to see on these trips, including a colourful array of birds, and the further up the river the denser the mangroves. This is a rewarding way to see another face of Jamaica, away from the resorts and beaches.
