To truly indulge in nature, Kolarbyn is the place to go. Just a few hours from Stockholm, Kolarbyn boasts no electricity, but instead, you can relax among candles and fireplaces. The hotel also provides guests with a variety of free outdoor activities, including swimming, hiking, and fishing. Inside the 12 huts, you will find little in the way of luxury, but it certainly isn't rustic-style living. Each hut contains sheepskin rugs, access to some kitchen facilities, and firewood to keep warm during the cold, winter nights.
