Tuscan Sun Festival

The festival’s subject is described as ‘the art of life’, and a well-rounded two weeks it certainly is. Taking place annually during the first half of August, the Tuscan Sun Festival celebrates (and indulges in) all that makes Italian life as worthwhile as it is: music, art, knowledge, food, wine and health. Besides the gratifyingly simple and delicious Tuscan food available and the many wine tasting events, visitors can also hear lectures on subjects such as sustainable agriculture, homeopathic medicine and food history, view art exhibitions, hear classical concerts and attend Tai Chi and acupuncture sessions.
