Inside, it's been carefully restored and the original stonework and thick wooden floors marry perfectly with the contemporary decor. Wraparound terraces offer panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the famous port (below) - yet you're so high up that your surroundings are peaceful and serene. What's more, the airy rooms are decorated in calming shades of blue and white, and the kingsized beds are both cosy and comfy.
