Visit Hardwar

Is it the same Parmarth Niketan which is also at Rishikesh? Can you tell us the daily activities and lodging facilities, I mean the activities are same just as in Risikesh? Please tell us all other details of your Ashram because we want to visit Hardwar and want to stay for 3to4 days,want to do meditation and looking for peaceful place with little comfort. Can you suggest the best what to do? An earliest reply in this matter will highly be appreciated because we want to move as early as possible. Thanks
