The Palancar Reef

An vast display of coral, caves and canyons with visibility up to 230ft, Palancar Reef is on the outer edge of the continental shelf, beside a deep water channel.

There are about 40 different dive locations. The reef is located a mile off shore so you need to dive from a boat. It’s best to go in November or early December because it’s less crowded.
