Stalls

Does anyone know how to apply for a market stall at Maastrict Christmas Winterland market? I'm a trader from the U.K. currently living in Berlin. I sell high end fairtrade Nepalese handi-crafts, ritual Buddhist and Hindu items and sterling silver jewellery. I can´t find a reasonably priced pitch at any of the Berlin christmas markets (was recently quoted 1,500 euros) and thought this one might be suitable. Any pointers or advice would be appreciated!
