Paphos Town

Paphos dates back to the 4th century B.C, and was the capital of Cyprus during the Hellenistic and Roman times. It is also the legendary birthplace of the Greek goddess Aphrodite. Remains in the archaeological sites are of villas, palaces, theatres, mosaics, fortresses, and tombs.

The harbor, fish tavernas, souvenir shops and beautiful hotels coupled with the historically important archaeological sites of Paphos satisfies every various activity I have ever needed on holiday. Settled along the scenic coastline, this small town combines history with elegance as you walk down the small streets, strolling amongst some great touristy areas as well as thousands of years of stories.
