Question about Juliet's Balcony
The big difficulty you'll have with this is it being legal if neither of you are Italian. Usually you have to get married beforehand, and then you can arrange to have a ceremony performed on the balcony and you'll be given an Italian marriage certificate. It will cost you about 1000 euros and is quite a popular package - so you'll need to book ahead. If you're going with Contiki you should probably let them know about it and they might be able to help you organise it. But, I stress, you might need to be married in Australia before so that you're already legally married.
