Fun to walk down, but you don't dare go in with your tourist fanny pack. Diamonds a la harry winston, you just get to look in the tiny windows. there was construction in front of Dior when i was there, so I only saw the sign. sigh. I went on a sunday morning after mass in the notre dame, it was pretty quiet. Saw George V hotel as well, it's right around there. Followed up this walk by looking for a bathroom in the Virgin Megastore on the champs elysees, not quite as magical. Toilette? Toilette?
