Are you from the US? was the trip exhausting?

Hi Ilsaa, I am an artist who found the site for this trip/workshop online and was fascinated by it. I would love to go to treat myself for my 65th birthday. I am a "young" senior not falling apart :O)! But in looking at the flights to find out costs etc - it is quite a journey to get to Nepal. The time I would like to go is in October.

Could you be so kind as to fill me in on how you did with jet lag, the altitude there, food, water, health issues (shots?) etc. I would love to hear all about it.
