is there a better time of year to visit Vietnam?

The humidity is the thing that gets most people who visit Vietnam - myself included. The most comfortable months are supposed to be October through September through December.

what is the weather like in nha trang or phan thiet in january? Will there be much rain?

Hanoi Phoenix Hotel

I land in Hanoi Sept 11,Im thinking about spending my first couple days at the Hanoi Phoenix Hotel,I want to stay in $10-$15 price range,does anyone have any comments on this hotel?
