Transportation from Le Harv to Roscoff

We're leaving our river cruise in Le Harv and plan on taking the ferry from Roscoff to Plymouth. what is the "best" way to transfer?

Trains to biaritz from Le Harve

I am travelling from Ireland by boat to either Roscoff or le Harve and need to get to biaritz how can it be done and how long would it take.

Why not take a boat to San Sebastien in Spain - that's much closer to Biarritz. Otherwise you will need to take a train via Paris - and then on to Biarritz. Hiring a car and driving would be quicker.
