Greenland’s icy terrain has many travellers shying away to its ironically greener southern neighbour, Iceland. But there’s no need to shy - Greenland abounds with activities for the adventure seeker. In a country where roads and railways do not exist- skis, dogsleds and helicopters are the best way to get around, and visitors should be prepared to get off the beaten track.
Just because this island isn’t in the Caribbean doesn’t mean travellers should neglect the coast lines and the sea.
