With four villages to choose from within Courchevel, there is something for everyone. Le Praz, 1550 and 1650 tempt families to the resort, whereas 1850 provides a sense of glamour, attracting affluent skiers and other tourists seeking only conveniently situated luxury accomodation. Throughout Courcheel there is a wide choice of ski-slopes, ideal for all levels of skier, whilst the widespread presence of mountain restaurants and up-to-date efficient lift system typifies the resort's appeal, and the expansion and commercialization has seen it lose some of its allure, particularly in 1850.

Les Trois Vallee is wonderful
Amazing ski trails, nearly unfathomable distance all lift served. 2 cautions, 1) don't go in February due to winter holidays can be crowded. 2) Should there be a truckers strike anywhere on the continent don't drive. Some of the finest skiing I've had in 50+ years of attempting to gracefully slide down frozen mountains.
